Bread & Tulips is a 70-seat, Italian-inspired restaurant located in the Hotel Giraffe at 365 Park Avenue South and 26th street. The restaurant combines the flavors and culinary sensibilities of Italian cuisine, with local and seasonal ingredients. The menu showcases rustic Italian favorites such as Crostini , Meatballs, handcrafted Pastas as well as a selection of signature pizza pies, made in Bread & Tulips’ state-of-the-art pizza oven, imported from Modena, Italy. The wine list features over 100 bottles priced under $100, and a semi-private dining room with 12-seat chef’s table provides a welcoming space for larger parties. Bread & Tulips stems from our concept of modern hospitality. The name is symbolic of the pairing of a successful restaurant's two main elements. At the most basic level, we aim to provide guests with a satisfying meal, symbolized by the bread, and to do so in a warm, inviting atmosphere, represented by tulips.

During the warmer months of the year, The Rooftop Garden at the Hotel Giraffe is the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco drinks under the summer sun or the NYC nighttime sky, in a relaxed and informal setting.  The Rooftop Garden is currently closed for the Winter season, but will re-open in the Spring!

Complimentary breakfast is served every morning in the Grande Lobby

Monday - Friday 7 am - 10:30 am; Saturday & Sunday 7 am - 11 am
Assorted croissants, mini-muffins, scones, Danishes and pastries, bagels with cream cheese, peanut butter, preserves and butter, fresh whole fruit and fruit salad, fresh orange and cranberry juice, assorted cereals, oatmeal and yogurts, hard-boiled eggs, coffee and assorted teas. If you would like soymilk or gluten-free bread, please specify these requests when you make your reservation and we would be happy to provide whatever you need. Our guests are also welcome to have a guest, friend or family member join them for breakfast, with our compliments.

We also offer breakfast delivery if you wish to enjoy your morning in the comfort of your own room. A $5 service fee applies.
Empty Piano Suite

We welcome private receptions that range from a simple, cocktail gathering to a formal dinner, to an elegant, intimate wedding. For additional information about private events in the Penthouse Level Piano Suite, visit Hotel Giraffe's special events' page.

On Monday through Saturday evenings, guests of the Hotel Giraffe are invited to enjoy a complimentary wine and cheese reception in our Grande Lobby from 5-8pm. Complimentary afternoon tea, coffee, cookies and whole fruits are available to our guests in the Grande Lobby throughout day.

A computer station is also available in the Grande Lobby and high speed wifi is available throughout the hotel.
